院内感染対策にご協力いただきありがとうございます。

現在、国内および東京都内において麻しん（はしか）の報告が増加しています。

麻しんを疑う症状（発熱、発疹、鼻水・咳・目の充血など）がある方、または麻しん患者との接触歴がある方は、受診前に必ずお電話でご相談ください。

院内感染拡大防止のため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

Thank you for your cooperation with our infection prevention measures.

Currently, the number of reported measles cases is increasing in Japan, including Tokyo.

If you have symptoms suggestive of measles-such as fever, rash, runny nose, cough, or red eyes-or if you have had contact with a person with measles, please be sure to contact us by phone prior to your visit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of infection within our hospital.
