Programs and Fees
We offer various support programs for pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare for patients who have registered for delivery or have delivered at our hospital.
Online Classes (Video Format)
Epidural Anesthesia Class ¥3,300 (tax included)
This class is mandatory for those considering epidural anesthesia and must be completed before 36 weeks of pregnancy. The session covers:
- After watching all videos, please complete the assessment test and present the "Test Results Screen" at the OB/GYN outpatient clinic (screenshot or printed copy is accepted). Upon verification of course completion, you will receive the anesthesia consent forms and information package.
- You can get the anesthesia management fee discounted if you complete this class. Completion of this class qualifies you for a reduced anesthesia management fee. For detailed information about costs, please refer to our "Hospital Billing Guide"
Birth Preparation Classes Starting at ¥550 (tax included) *Fees vary depending on content
These classes provide essential information to help you prepare for childbirth and parenting.To access this class, please check the in-hospital notices or ask at the reception desk. If you have your patient ID number, you can also make a reservation online.
In-Person Classes
"Hagukumi" Class ¥11,000 (tax included) / Two sessions
This hands-on, two-session interactive class lets you see, touch, and feel. It provides useful information, from childcare practice and physical preparation to a hospital tour, helping you visualize childbirth and parenting. Classes are designed for expectant mothers and fathers, but mothers can attend alone.Classes are held on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month in the 9th-floor multipurpose room. To register, please visit the 2nd-floor reception between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., or make a reservation by phone.
Nutrition Class for Expecting Mothers (Birth Preparation Class) ¥550 (tax included)
This class is designed for pregnant women in their second to third trimesters, offering guidance on maintaining a balanced diet. Topics include what and how much to eat, food combinations, and addressing common concerns regarding nutrition during pregnancy.In addition to in-person sessions, this class is also available online. In-person sessions are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the 9th-floor conference room. To register, please visit the 2nd-floor reception between 8:30 a.m – 4:30 p.m., or make a reservation by phone.
Monthly Membership: ¥12,100 (tax included) Single Session: ¥1,650 (tax included)We offer specialized exercise programs including:
- "Yasashii (Gentle) Maternity Pilates"—designed to help with common pregnancy discomforts
- "Mama Fit" —focusing on preventing pelvic misalignment and improving posture
Classes are held in our 9th-floor multipurpose room. Your first class is free, and you can attend any class with our monthly membership card or individual session tickets. - A doctor's approval form is required to participate (free of charge) . You can ask for the form during your prenatal check-up. For those using the Obstetrics Semi-Open system, please obtain your doctor's approval form from your physician and bring it with you.
- The first class is complimentary. From the second class onward, purchase either a monthly membership card or individual session tickets at the 2nd-floor reception
Online scheduling (24-hour online scheduling available)
Support Group for New Parents and Babies
This support group is open to parents with babies around 6 months old. These sessions cover various topics including:
- Parenting
- Safety guidance
- Allergies

Outpatient Clinic
Midwifery Service ¥5,000 (tax exempt) / 30-minute session
Our experienced midwives provide comprehensive prenatal check-ups including:
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Weight checks
- Urine testing
- Fetal heartbeat monitoring
- Fetal position assessment
You can take your time to discuss any concerns that may be difficult to address during a typical prenatal check-up. Your partner or family members are welcome to accompany you.

Lactation Support *Fees vary depending on duration and condition
Lactation Support offers breastfeeding guidance and support, solutions for breast-related concerns, weaning support, and breast self-care techniques and tips. To make a reservation, please visit the 2nd-floor reception (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), or book via online scheduling or phone.
Maternity Class ¥5,500 (tax included) / 1-hour session
A private, one-on-one parenting preparation session with our experienced midwives. This service is available to:
- Expectant mothers beyond 28 weeks of pregnancy who plan to deliver at our hospital
- One family member/partner may attend

Counseling Services
First Session: Free Follow-Up Sessions: ¥5,500 (tax included) per session
Our clinical psychologists provide support for pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns, relationship issues (partner/child), parenting anxiety and concerns. If you need help, please call to schedule a consultation.

Maternity Massage Service
60 minutes: ¥14,300 (tax included) / 90 minutes: ¥16,500 (tax included)
Our midwives who are also certified aromatherapists provide specialized massage treatments. We create custom-blended essential oils based on your physical condition, offering treatments that care for both physical and mental well-being, helping to maintain overall balance during pregnancy. Available during your postpartum hospital stay only. To book, please speak with your floor's ward concierge during your hospital stay.
