Take the A6 Exit to street level. With the complex building (Tamachi Tower) on your right, walk along the main street. Turn right at the post office corner, continue straight and pass under the overpass. Use the red postbox as a landmark — turn left just before Shibaura Park, then follow the road around to reach the 1st Floor Entrance of Aiiku Hospital.

Make your way through the ticket gates and follow the signs to the "Shibaura Exit (East Exit)".From the exit, take the pedestrian bridge heading toward the complex building (Tamachi Station Tower) on your left. Continue straight along the bridge, passing Shibaura Park. Turn right at the end of the bridge to reach the 2nd Floor Entrance of Aiiku Hospital.
