"Seamless Support Throughout Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Child-Rearing in Partnership with the Community"

We collaborate with other healthcare facilities to ensure patients can smoothly access appropriate medical care. Through multi-disciplinary cooperation, we offer semi-open system prenatal care with local clinics, discharge and transfer support, home care assistance, and social welfare consultation with medical social workers.

Semi-Open Obstetric System
This system allows expectant mothers to receive prenatal check-ups at local clinics near their home or workplace while delivering at our hospital. It maintains both safety in delivery and convenience for pregnant women through effective role-sharing between medical facilities. The Community Medical Coordination Office handles registration for this system.

Medical Cooperation
We coordinate referral appointments, arrange home nursing and visiting physician services for discharge planning, and manage respite care admissions. Respite care offers short-term hospitalization to provide caregivers and families of home care patients with needed breaks.
-
Medical Social Services
Our medical social workers provide consultation and support for economic, psychological, and social issues facing patients and their families. We promote our reduced-cost medical care program to ensure financial constraints don’t limit access to necessary medical care.
-
Psychological Counseling
Our clinical psychologists provide counseling services. We welcome consultations about concerns during pregnancy and after childbirth, relationship issues, parenting anxieties, and any other concerns. We can refer to perinatal mental health specialists when needed and provide child developmental assessments and support.
Access and Fees:
Consultations are available at the first-floor Medical Consultation Office. Initial consultations are free; subsequent psychological counseling sessions are ¥5,000 yen per session (tax excluded).
Please specify “Medical Consultation Office appointment request” when calling. Current patients can ask any staff member for assistance.
