"Prioritizing Patient Safety in Healthcare Delivery"
The Healthcare Safety Management Office works to protect the safety of all individuals in our hospital - patients, their families, visitors, and staff - by developing safety protocols, organizing medical safety training, and coordinating with various committees. We utilize an incident reporting management system to analyze "near-miss" events and prevent their recurrence.
-
Healthcare Safety Management Structure
Our safety management structure consists of the Healthcare Safety Management Committee, which comprehensively oversees hospital-wide safety measures, the Risk Manager Conference comprising staff from all departments who review healthcare safety practices, and the Healthcare Safety Management Office.
-
Incident Report Collection, Analysis, and Response
We maintain a system where staff report near-miss incidents through incident reports. Based on these reports, we develop preventive measures and improve procedures to prevent medical accidents.
-
Medical Safety Protocol Development
We regularly review operational procedures to ensure they align with current medical practices, creating and implementing more efficient and safer protocols.
-
Staff Education and Communication
To enhance individual safety awareness and promote hospital-wide safety culture, we conduct medical safety training sessions and safety awareness rounds, focusing on education and communication.
-
Patient Consultation Services
At the Patient Consultation Desk on the first floor, we listen to consultations and opinions from patients and their families.
