24/7 Dedication to Your Baby's Safety and Health

Our facility features a 12-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and a 24-bed Growing Care Unit (GCU), staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by specialized neonatal physicians. We provide care for newborns requiring medical attention, including premature and low birth weight infants, babies adapting to extrauterine life, those with respiratory difficulties, and infants with low blood sugar.

  • NICU and GCU

We provide comprehensive care for infants requiring medical treatment through various diagnostic tools including ultrasound, blood tests, X-rays, MRI, and CT scans. For infants requiring intensive intervention, we offer ventilator and therapeutic temperature management (including hypothermia therapy) as needed. We also provide active parenting support to ensure a smooth transition to home care after discharge.

    NICU and GCU
  • Delivery Attendance

Our neonatal physicians are available 24/7 to attend deliveries identified as high-risk, working in close coordination with obstetricians and midwives.

    Delivery Attendance
  • Newborn Nursery

Our neonatal physicians examine all newborns on their first day of life and before discharge. We address all family questions and concerns, and arrange further testing or specialist referrals as needed.

    Newborn Nursery
  • Outpatient Services (Follow-up Care & Post-NICU Clinic)

Our neonatal follow-up clinic monitors infant growth and development and manages vaccinations. The post-NICU clinic provides ongoing care as needed, including monitoring of jaundice and weight gain.

  • Medical Social Workers and Clinical Psychologists

To support parents in confidently caring for their babies, we maintain both medical social workers and clinical psychologists on staff. Our medical social workers help families manage anxieties related to hospitalization and prepare for life with their baby by coordinating community resources and support services to ensure a comfortable transition home. Clinical psychologists provide emotional support for families experiencing various feelings, including separation anxiety and concerns about their infant’s care.
