RSV Maternal Immunization (ABRYSVO®) Now Available

The RS virus maternal immunization vaccine (Abrysvo® intramuscular injection) will be available at our hospital starting Monday, August 19.
Abrysvo® is administered to pregnant women, allowing antibodies produced in the mother to be transferred to the fetus, helping protect the newborn after birth. It is expected to be effective in preventing severe RS virus infection in infants under 6 months of age, who are at higher risk of serious illness.If you are interested, please inform your attending physician during your prenatal checkup.

Eligibility: Pregnant women at 32-36 weeks of gestation
Fee: JPY 32,000 + tax
Reservations: Appointments can be made during an outpatient visit or by phone.
